If limbo (Dante's Inferno style) exists, it wouldn't be that bad (no crazy torture or anything, and no serious sinners around either) and who doesn't want to be able to chat it up with Einstein, the Buddha, Socrates, Aristotle et al. for eternity. All I'm saying is even if I did believe in an afterlife (don't), that sounds a hell of a lot better than getting through the Pearly Gates, and having to deal with a much more obnoxious, homogeneous group for eternity. And shit, not like my Jew family would be up there anyway - lonely! Conclusion: Basking in the glory of god: overrated. My opinion:
